You may be hearing Colton’s songs on the radio and remember him from 2012 American Idol, where he finished in 7th place. Since then he has been touring the country, writing songs, and recording such hit songs as "My Light", “Build a Boat”, “More Of You”, “Through It All”, “All That Matters”, and “Miracles". "Build a Boat" locked down #1 on the Billboard Hot Christian Songs Chart and Christian AC Airplay Chart in 2022. Colton won two Dove awards for “A Messenger” and “Anchor” in the category “Rock/Contemporary Album” of the year, in 2013 and 2015.
In addition to your concert ticket, there is an opportunity to purchase a VIP package for $15 per person to attend a 20 minute Q & A with Colton at 5:45 PM. The group will be limited to 50 people. Multi-instrumentalist Stephen Stanley is opening for Colton. Stephen is a Contemporary Christian singer-songwriter, “Rest in the Father” is a popular recent release. Other songs include “No Hopeless Soul”, “Note to Self” and “Hurts for You”.
Colton Dixon and Special Guest Stephen Stanley Concert is presented by CAL Center Presents, a non-profit organization that brings 7 to 8 performances each year of world class talent to the area, with low ticket prices. This is the first time we have featured a well-known Contemporary Christian recording artist and we hope to bring in a full audience from this region of Wisconsin!
