This tow-hour GriefShare event will offer expert counselors, pastors, and real-life “grievers” who will provide helpful advise, tips, experiences, and options about:

• Beirn prepared for surprising emotions that may hit you over th eholidays.

• What you can do about traditions and other changes - it will be different.

• Handling social events and invitations - you don’t always know what to do.

• How to survive potentially awkward moments with others.

• Helping your children survive the holidays - they are grieving too.

• Where to find comfort, strength, and hope during a seemingly hopeless time.

The event will include:

• A powerful video that teaches, counsels, and shares experiences.

• Discussion of each topic (no one is required to share).

• A GriefShare Surviving the Holidays Survival Guide with suggestions, options, advice, shared experiences, and note-taking sections.
