Over the past 30 years, Scott and Lisa have served as a team in ministry as Scott held the positions of Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Lead Pastor. The Mitchells launched their Marriage Rocks Ministry in January of 2017 and released their first book, "Marriage Rocks," in January of 2019. Since 2008, they have had the privilege of leading marriage conferences and seminars in the U.S. as well as overseas. Scott and Lisa attend and lead the marriage ministry at The Block Church in Philadelphia, PA.

Speaker: Mark Spencer

Mark Spencer helps people learn love. He understands marriage begins with an “I do,” but at some point, people are likely to run into an “I don’t know what to do!”  That is why Mark has invested 40 years in, “helping others think clearly about their relationships.”   The author of “Making Love: How faith fuels our practice of love” Mark has led seminars, conferences, workshops, and retreats helping couples learn the love they need for the season they are in.  His personal love lab includes his wife Betsy, 5 adult children, 5 granddaughters, and one stepson.  He has graduate degrees in Marriage and Family and Theology, pastors at Bridgewood Community Church, and is the director of Clarity Consulting.  Mark has authored two books and is currently working on three new works.
